About Me

A woman with black hair wearing a white blouse, a beige cardigan, and a gold necklace, smiling in front of a plain light gray background.

How I work

I offer a steady, collaborative way of working. Therapy is not about being told what to do, nor about quick fixes. It is about developing understanding — of anxiety, of eating patterns, of relationship dynamics — and allowing change to grow from that understanding.

I pay close attention to pace, emotional safety, and clarity. You do not need to have everything worked out before starting therapy. We work with what feels most present and important to you.

Professional standards

I am:

  • UKCP-accredited psychotherapist

  • Registered member of the BACP

I work within the ethical frameworks of these professional bodies and maintain regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.

Next steps

If you are considering therapy and would like to ask questions or check availability, you’re welcome to get in touch to book a free introductory call.

I trained as a psychotherapist in the UK and work within clear professional and ethical frameworks. Alongside my clinical training, I bring experience of working in high-pressure professional environments, which informs my understanding of stress, responsibility, and the impact of sustained demands on mental wellbeing.

I have lived and worked in different cultural contexts, including Malaysia, the United States, and the UK. This experience shapes a respectful awareness of how culture, identity, and belonging can influence how people experience themselves and their relationships.
