Anxiety

Anxiety can take many forms. You might experience constant worry, tension in your body, difficulty switching off, or a sense of being on edge much of the time. For others, anxiety shows up more quietly - through self-criticism, perfectionism, obsessive thinking, depression, or a strong need to stay in control. Rather than seeing anxiety as a single problem to be fixed, therapy looks at how it has developed and what purpose it may be serving. Together, we can begin to understand the patterns that keep it going and create space for something different to emerge.

Disordered Eating and Eating Difficulties

Difficulties with eating are often closely linked to anxiety, self-worth, and how we manage emotions. You may not have a diagnosis, yet still feel preoccupied with food, weight, or control around eating.
I work carefully and respectfully with disordered eating, offering a non-judgemental space where these patterns can be understood rather than forced away. Therapy focuses on the meaning behind behaviours, not just the behaviours themselves.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can become strained for many reasons- communication breaks down, conflict becomes repetitive, or distance grows where closeness once felt possible. In couples therapy, the focus is on understanding patterns between you rather than assigning blame. Sessions aim to slow things down, help each partner feel heard, and support more honest and connected ways of relating.

First session £112.50 - 90 mins

Following sessions £93.75 - 75 mins
